First Nations Leadership and Mentoring

A key part of EPWA’s approach is to provide opportunities for women to access ongoing mentoring with successful First Nation Kimberley women in Business. EPWA has engaged Bianca Long from Jaru Girl, Natasha Short from Kimberley Jiygas and Patricia Torres from Mayi Harvest to support the leadership development of the women we work with. This involves leadership workshops and one to one or small group mentoring. We also partner with Maganda Makers to support women from Kalumburu and Balgo to participate in their network and access their resources.
